Dan Goldings latest article GamerGate has been going on for more than two years now.
It’s been a long time coming, and it’s only just begun.
For some, this is a story of progress and progressivism, and for others, it’s just an attempt to shut down debate.
We’ve written about this before, but today, we’re going to take a closer look at the two sides, the ones that actually want to take down this thing and the ones who are trying to protect it.
The good news is that we’re not alone in this, so let’s take a look at where the debate is going.
GamerGate has long been the most vocal and prominent online campaign against the corrupting influence of corporations on our society.
In recent years, it has seen a rapid rise in both online harassment and in the use of physical violence against women.
This campaign has grown to include a number of prominent figures, including Brianna Wu, a developer who was fired by Giant Spacekat, after tweeting that she’d had enough of being a “feminazi cunt”.
There’s also a much larger group of supporters, known as GamerGate, which has rallied around a hashtag, #gamergate, which stands for “ethics in games journalism”.
While it’s not a single movement, it is an umbrella term that describes a number that overlap, including feminist gamers and critics, who have called for the game industry to be more ethical in their reporting, and critics of video games, who believe that developers should be held to a higher standard.
They’ve been particularly vocal about issues such as Gamergate’s tendency to harass and intimidate critics, and the lack of representation of women in the industry.
It was only last year that the hashtag started to gain traction, and over the past few months it has grown into a massive movement, with more than a million tweets, tweets, and more tweets being posted per day.
There are also several groups who have joined in on the fight against GamerGate.
The biggest of these groups is called Gamergate.
It started as a hashtag by two men who had been harassed on Twitter, but quickly evolved into a much wider, more complex movement, whose members have included celebrities, politicians, and even politicians themselves.
Its origins are fairly straightforward.
The hashtag was originally used to call out a hashtag used by one of Gamergate’s main figures, Nathan Grayson, who was subsequently fired from Giant SpaceKat, after he posted a video criticizing Zoe Quinn, a game developer.
Grayson was also one of the people who had tweeted Quinn a number to “fuck off”.
The response to Grayson’s dismissal was swift, with gamers calling for Grayson to be fired from his job and calling out other game developers who had sided with Quinn.
It quickly became apparent that Grayson was being unfairly targeted, and that this was a campaign to silence criticism.
As more people joined in, the hashtag gained a wider and wider following.
Many people have criticised it for its tactics, and its tone.
Some people even argued that the entire point of Gamergate was to silence critics.
It became apparent, however, that many people weren’t just being vocal in their criticism of Grayson’s firing.
They were actively engaging in harassment of him, including online harassment, by sending threatening and abusive messages to his Twitter account.
The movement has since expanded into a broader and more inclusive hashtag, GamerGate, with the aim of taking down all aspects of the corruption in the game-industry.
This includes games journalists, and developers.
There’s even a section on their own website, the Gaters, that details the various tactics used to discredit them.
Many of the women who are targeted are well-known people in the games industry.
They include Leigh Alexander, a former writer for Polygon, who tweeted that she was going to get shot, and Anita Sarkeesian, the outspoken feminist game developer, who also had a number fired from her job over the course of GamerGate.
Anita Saros is a self-proclaimed feminist, but her work has included some controversial feminist topics, including the use and abuse of social media by men in order to harass women.
She also published a book called The End of Men: A New History of Male Violence Against Women, which argues that women should not be allowed to make their own decisions about what to wear and wear how.
The harassment of Sarkeesians has been particularly damaging, because she’s also an outspoken critic of the way video games are marketed.
She has even received death threats.
Many, if not most, of the men who have been targeted by Gamergate have been women, including prominent critics of the game medium.
This has been a problem in games for a long, long time.
Anita’s video was criticized by a number women, who pointed out that it was edited in such a way that it would appear as though she was speaking about the subject of misogyny.
The reaction to that was to argue that it’s sexist to portray a female character in a negative light, even
