The best way to get in and out of work is to be patient.
The patient is your employer and he or she can be your biggest asset.
That’s what we want to do, to find the best way for our employees to get out of this horrible cycle of unemployment and underemployment.
I’ve been around this industry my whole career, and I’ve seen firsthand the need to be a patient.
When we’re trying to figure out the right things to do for our people, it’s so important to recognize what needs to be done, to recognize when we can’t do the things we need to do.
It’s really hard, but I can tell you from experience that you can find ways to do that, and it’s very rewarding.
And it’s also really hard to do when you don’t have the skills to do it.
The only way we’re going to make it work is by working with you.
So that’s what I’ll tell you about.
First of all, let me say that I’ve always been a big believer in treating everyone with respect and making sure that everybody has the tools and the right resources to succeed.
So we’ve always had that philosophy.
And we’ve never been in this position where we’ve had to cut back on staffing or on hiring because we couldn’t.
So I don’t want to overstate how important it is.
I want to make sure that every single employee has the right skills to succeed in the workplace.
We have to have people who can handle all kinds of work, so that’s one of the things that I want for the pharmacy and for the retail business.
So my first order of business is to ensure that every pharmacist and every pharmacy employee has access to the resources that they need.
That means everything from the pharmacy to the retail shop to the training that they can get.
That doesn’t mean that every person who works there has to have the right education, or that every employee needs to have access to that education.
So every pharmacy and every retail store needs to provide the same training to every employee that they have in the office, that they will have in a different setting, so they can meet their responsibilities, to be able to communicate with each other.
And every employee has to be prepared to handle a variety of situations.
And those things can happen very quickly.
I think that’s an area where we have to do better, because it takes a long time to prepare people.
We’ve got to do everything we can, but it takes time to build those skills.
We’re going back to school, so we’re really working on our skills.
So, I think our next step is going to be really focusing on the people that we need, and really getting them to become a part of our organization.
That is something we’re looking to get to as quickly as we can.
I will say that our job is not to put all the blame on the pharmacy.
We need the pharmacy, and we need the staff to do their job and do it with great passion, with the best professionalism, with a great spirit.
And I think we need all those people who work in the pharmacy working in a way that they’re respectful of the business, and they’re good people, and that they know how to get the job done.
So let’s not forget that we also need to make our workforce a little bit more comfortable, because we have a very busy day ahead of us.
So our first priority is to make that a little easier.
And then we’ll do a lot more things, but we’re already getting there.
I’ll be here in the fall, so I’ll keep you posted.
Thanks for watching.
