But a new device developed by Mitsubishi Corporation and a startup called Commerce Primary Care Systems will allow people in Japan to buy and sell health care equipment, in a way that could potentially disrupt the healthcare industry.
The idea is simple: you just need to buy the product, and the system will automatically pay you back.
So far, the system has been used in Japan for about one year, and now the company is working on a broader rollout.
The company has already been using Commerce Primary care Systems to help more than 15,000 patients who have lost their jobs to cancer.
This is a big deal, said Shunichi Ikeda, the CEO of Mitsubishis Healthcare and Healthcare, a healthcare and medical equipment company based in Tokyo.
It means that the Japanese healthcare industry is finally catching up with its competition.

In the US, about 40% of doctors and healthcare workers are in the workforce.
Japan has a lower share, but its share of the population is higher.
Health care in Japan has historically been expensive.
The average price of a healthcare device in Japan was $1,828 in 2016, according to data from the Japan Health Technology and Assurance Association.
But the Japanese can buy better, more affordable healthcare than many Americans.
It is the biggest single market for the devices, accounting for about two-thirds of the global market for healthcare products.
The technology to make health care products is not new, but a new system for selling health care has not been in development for decades.
That is changing with the rise of digital health.
Health technology is a growing area for business in Japan, and with this new platform, Mitsubis is hoping to become one of the largest health care companies in the world.
Ikeda explained that the health technology market is currently underdeveloped.
He explained that health tech products are a new category for Mitsubisha.
